One of PLASTICOR's specialties is knobs and dials: we offer a wide range to fill needs of all types of industries, from heavy-duty mechanical knobs to heat-resistant, flame-retardant knobs. We stock a complete line of appliance knobs but can also custom design to any application according to your specifications and/or engineering needs. Our plant can take care of all the operations, from start to finish.
- Mold construction for prototyping to high production
- Molding in all types of resin - specialty: engineering plastics
- Two-shot molding- for soft-touch effect or color combination
- Spring clip insertion, thread inserts, set screws, knurled, flat and concentric shafts
- Pad printing, silk-screening, painting of lines, arrows, numerals, letters or symbols
- Full range of color-matching for single to multi-color printing
- Ultrasonic and other welding, mechanical assembly, glueing, drilling and tapping
- All other types of knob services: plating, decorative skirted knobs, aluminum trim caps or skirt inlays, self-locking knobs made to control vibration and shock- all tested for torque resistance
